Who we are looking for
- Adults aged 18 or above.
- Android phone users with a Google Account.
- People willing to participate for about 14 days and provide honest feedback.
- English or Simplified Chinese speakers; teaching experience is not required.
What the Beta is planned to include
- Bilingual text-based learning questions and guided AI explanations.
- Understand, Ask More, Let Me Try and Tell It Back learning actions.
- A private Google Play test with individual access controls.
- No advertising, camera, microphone, file upload, child account or payment.
What testers must not enter
Do not enter real child names, school names, addresses, phone numbers, family details, passwords, identity documents or other personal information. Use ordinary non-identifying learning questions only.
Beta expectations
AI can be wrong or incomplete. Features may change or be temporarily disabled for safety, privacy, reliability or cost control. Participation does not guarantee Production access or a launch date.
Beta compared with official launch
The Adult Beta tests the core text-learning experience and safety controls. An official child-ready launch would require completed privacy, safety, guardian-control, store-review and reliability work first. Future voice or camera features are not part of this Beta.
Tester Q&A
Is this a paid testing job?
No. This is a voluntary, unpaid Adult Beta. Testers may stop participating at any time.
What will I be asked to do?
Install the private Beta, choose English or Simplified Chinese, try ordinary non-identifying learning questions, and test Understand, Ask More, Let Me Try and Tell It Back.
What feedback is useful?
Tell Jet Oon privately whether answers are understandable, accurate and natural; whether buttons are easy to find; whether anything freezes, crashes or displays incorrectly; and what felt most or least helpful.
Must I use the App every day?
No long daily session is expected. Testers should remain opted in continuously for about 14 days, use the App several times during that period and provide a short final summary.
May a child help with the test?
Direct child participation is not encouraged. This first Beta is designed for adult evaluation, and the adult tester must remain responsible for the test account, App use and feedback. A child should not use the App independently, and no real child or other personal information should be entered.
How to apply for the Beta
When the recruitment post is published, interested adults may contact Jet Oon through the social-media contact route stated in the post. Eligible participants will later receive private instructions. Do not post personal information publicly.
