Request deletion by email
You do not need to reinstall the app. Email the address below from the Guardian email used for the Little Jet account. Use the subject “Little Jet account deletion request”.

Request deletion in the app
- Open the Guardian account area.
- Choose the account-deletion control.
- Review the warning and confirm through the Guardian-controlled step.
- The device credentials are cleared when the Backend accepts the request.
What to include
Send only the Guardian account email and state that you want the Little Jet account deleted. Do not send a child’s name, learning content, password, PIN, OTP, access token, identity document or payment information.
What deletion covers
An accepted account-deletion request disables account access and covers the Guardian account and associated Little Jet data, including governed profiles and eligible learning records. Service-provider deletion will also be requested where applicable.
Timing and verification
Little Jet aims to acknowledge email requests within three business days. After Guardian authority is verified, deletion should normally complete within 24 hours. If limited information must be retained for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation, the reason and retention period will be explained.
No dark patterns
Deletion does not require a subscription, marketing call, repeated persuasion or reinstalling the app. Ending a subscription and deleting data are separate choices.
